Because not so long ago, I was in your shoes! It wasn't easy.

For almost a decade, I dedicated my life to the hospitality industry. Consistently working long hours, late nights, early morning, I was busting my ass off. I had irregular meal times, no time for the gym let alone time for myself, my sleeping schedule was completely messed up and as a result I was super stressed out, gained weight and hated my body image.

From the outside, many people saw me as living the dream life working in the best hotel in New York city.

From the inside, I felt fat, ugly, flabby and did not like the way I looked.

I had enough of not being able to fit exercise into my daily routine. I decided that it was time to take control of my life. I tried all different kinds of workouts, methods and exercises. It took me over one year to find an effective workout routine adapted to my lifestyle, easy to follow, portable and result driven.

Along the way, I learned the ins and outs about health and fitness. I wanted to find a solution to stop being miserable and not being able to find time for myself.

Until one day! I cracked the bullet and here it was; an effective workout program adapted to my busy lifestyle. A routine that was easy to follow and could be done anywhere at any time. My body changed over the course of a few weeks. I became leaner, lost a few kilos, looked more toned, felt more energetic and my sleep improved considerably!

Many of my friends saw my body transformation and wanted to know the secret. This is when I naturally transitioned into becoming a personal trainer and moved back to Europe.
